The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky is actually part 1 of a port of the old PC trilogy. Zero no Kiseki is the one that was built for PSP first then ported to PC later. Still, people should support it because Xseed took a huge risk to bring it over. They were asked so many times before to localize it many years back but they thought they can’t even break even because of the amount of contents they have to translate. It was a huge game. I think part 2 and 3 are 2 dual layers UMD games. Nice podcast btw.

so…who are these people on this podcast? why are the other guys not on the podcast?

  • Locien

Oh, april fool’s joke. Nice one.

  • nooo

    So are these guys gonna do it from now on? ;____;

  • Ponzu

Wish I could say I enjoyed this all-guest episode, but I’m afraid I couldn’t take more than 15 minutes of it.
Christian was cool, seemed interesting, and would probably make a good guest on the regular show, but the other two co-hosts were extremely awkward and unengaging. Not a patch on the regular WAHP gang.
Oh well. Disappointing, but I’m ooking forward to the next real ep…

  • We really appreciated Christian, Heidi, and Kevin stepping in and helping us while we’re trying to work out a few issues and get back to doing the show, but yes, next episode will be back to the standard crew.

  • Locien

I liked having the guests on for this episode-I already Heard Kevin and Christian on podcasts before, though this was the fist time I heard Heidi. It was good to give them time to just talk about whatever they thought was relevant(or not so relevant-I liked Kevin’s story of working at Newtype USA even though it was bit of a tangent); the long format for WAHP is good for that, and that’s one of the reasons that I like it.

  • eggerland

I enjoyed the Bizarro WAHP crew and I certainly wouldn’t mind hearing them again (as 4-6p or as fill ins?).. of course that breaks the Gamefan theme, huh.. Anyway, I was a big fan of Kevin the PC Engine Weasel already and it was nice discovering the voices behind Zerochan and Ferricide.

  • gogogoldberg

It’s always nice to hear the melodious tones of Kevin Gifford. Christian and Heidi were a treat to listen to as well. I wouldn’t mind another WAHP Gaiden, but I hope the original crew is back for the next one.

  • gogogoldberg

Sorry to double-post, but I just listened to the ending of the podcast today. The twist at the end got a big laugh and smile out of me. Keep up the great work, folks!

  • blizzardjesus

Fantastic show these 3 should start their own show, I would listen to it as well. Almost like a japanese retronauts from a far off land.

  • junior

so 8-4 will have the same thing?

  • DragonSix

Very unenjoyable show. Kind of sad to have that after waiting for so long.

  • Tom

I’ve relistened to this episode THRICE! Absolutely love the chemistry of these three. If they aren’t going to be filling in on WAHP often, I IMPLORE them to do a regular show, even if only monthly. Kevin especially is my new nerd King.

  • enjoyable episode i enjoyed all the old school talk
